Terms of Service — Affiliate Promoter Program

1. Agreement

By participating as an affiliate promoter for Four Elements of Life (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years or older and may not promote our products using spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized channels.

3. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may share their unique referral link via social media, blogs, email newsletters, and personal websites. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines (e.g., “#ad” or “#affiliate”).

4. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not: bid on our branded keywords in paid search, misrepresent our products or pricing, offer unauthorized discounts or promotions, or make claims about our products not supported by our official product descriptions.

5. Commission & Payments

Commission rates and payment schedules are defined in your affiliate agreement. Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded orders. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions on fraudulent, returned, or disputed orders.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved brand assets (logos, images) provided by us. Unauthorized modification of our brand assets is prohibited.

7. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate participation at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Four Elements of Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
