At Four Elements of Life (fourelementsoflife.com), we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. The following are non-returnable: live plants (air plants, aquatic plants), candles that have been lit, and custom or final-sale items.

Affiliate-Referred Purchases

Purchases made through affiliate promoter links are subject to the same refund policy as all other orders. Affiliate commissions are subject to reversal if an order is refunded or charged back. Affiliates are not authorized to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on our behalf — all refund requests must be submitted directly to us.

How to Request a Refund

Email connect@fourelementsoflife.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund damaged/incorrect items at no cost to you.
